Spirit Stack

Spirit Stack

A 13-week, cyclical mantra practice moving through six phases: build, grow, gather, protect, confront, integrate.

About this practice

Spirit Stack is a 91-day (13-week) cyclical mantra practice built around seven Hindu goddesses, each anchoring a phase of the arc: Build (Saraswati, weeks 1–2), Grow (Parvati, weeks 3–4), Gather (Lakshmi, weeks 5–6), Protect (Durga, weeks 7–8), Confront (Kali, weeks 9–10), and Integrate (Tara, week 11, then Radha, weeks 12–13).

Each week presents several attested mantra variants side by side rather than a single "correct" form, along with a pronunciation guide, folk and esoteric notes on cross-tradition history (several of these goddesses have genuine, scholarly-documented overlap with Buddhist and Jain traditions), and verified audio recordings. You track a daily repetition count against each week's target and can keep a private journal entry for every week of your cycle.

Alongside the goddess cycle is a self-paced companion practice covering the Heart Sutra, the Diamond Sutra, and a 7-day contemplative reading practice on Manas (the discriminating mind) — most relevant around Week 11, where the Hindu and Buddhist Tara traditions visibly meet.
